THE OMNICHANNEL LOOK BOOK FOR FASHION RETAIL

Meeting shopper expectations requires a unified approach, from capturing the order to accepting returns via any channel. Customers should not need to adjust their shopping behavior to match the contours of a retailer’s capabilities. Traditional point of sale (POS) systems were never designed for the world of unified commerce and do not offer the

wide range of customer-centric capabilities needed in today’s retail environment. But visualizing Manhattan’s software capabilities and helping their customer’s understand their end customer proved challenging. We created some imagery to use across various platforms and that they leveraged for a Omni-Channel sales piece.
